There had been talk about renaming P.S. 94 from the Longfellow School to the School of Diverse Languages and Cultures. Has that happened yet? I have no particular link to Longfellow, and I am not a fan of naming buildings for people, but I just find the new name too bland. Maybe something more meaningful or romantic...like, "the school on the hill", or "the school that looks at Liberty (the statue of)", or my favorite "the school where Dim Sum meets Burrito, with a side of Spaghetti & Corned Beef"
